Get ready for another night of acoustic music so good, it ought to be against the law! The Musical Instrument Museum, in conjunction with I Am AZ Music present Adam Armijo, Bill Dutcher and Mark Miracle. Tickets are on sale now on the MIM website.

Adam Armijo is an American guitarist and in-demand session musician currently residing in the Phoenix area.  Growing up in an art and music loving home, Adam took to guitar very early and began playing professionally at the age of 16. Adam is known for his unique approach, musicality and the ability to play many genres authentically. He has recorded and toured with a wide variety of Grammy™ award winners and Billboard™ chart toppers such as Randy Brecker, Jeff Lorber, Israel Houghton, Latin super group Tercer Cielo, Paul Taylor, Marion Meadows, Warren Hill, Jessy J, Arnold McCuller, Tyrone Wells, Brian Chartrand, BJ Putnam and more.  Recently, Fender & Gretsch Guitars have featured Adam on dozens of youtube product demos which have been extremely successful and have racked up over 3 million views. Currently, Adam is working on an acoustic guitar record that blends flamenco, jazz, and world music stylings. Due to be out February 2019.

Award winning mandolinist Mark Miracle has been playing Bluegrass/Americana music for over 40 years. Traveling the globe, his stylings and expertise has made him a sought after bandmate, guest artist and teacher. Having roots deep in traditional Bluegrass, this only bears as the foundation for what Mark brings as a contemporary musician and vocalist. As such, Mark explores all music – not limiting himself to simply his genres forefathers, but instead embraces the ways of his heroes who have breached the boundaries of Jazz, Classical and have been responsible for creating their own sub-genres, such as Newgrass. Mark continues to pursue his place in the music world, but without agenda, as his musical adventures have exceeded far beyond his expectations. Onward!

When Bill Dutcher picks up an acoustic guitar, the music that fills the room cannot be branded with a simple sentence. When you see him play live you’re experiencing an event that shatters the preconceived notion of what a solo acoustic can do. You’re witnessing the fusion of six strings, ten fingers, unorthodox instruments, and various electronics that blend into a unique cocktail of rock, blues, classical, Middle Eastern, and Celtic flavors. Regular listener’s constantly remark about how no two shows are the same. “I love to push the envelope every night, trying to draw in all that is around me and channel that energy through my heart and hands to the audiences’ ears,” Dutcher comments.  He has a sixth sense for the art of reading audiences and playing to the dynamic of a venue. Every show sends listeners away saying, “How can one guy and one guitar do this?”
